He reports weekly to his Client Manager about the evolution and specificities of the projects of these clients in order to maximize our ability to satisfy them technically.

Expert Engineers (DBA, Network, System …)

Expert Engineers are solicited by Technical Support as part of the functional escalation. In general, these engineers come from exploitation’s field. They also intervene in problem management’s process.
