A project manager

The project manager, a single contact person named from the beginning of a project, is responsible :

  • for monitoring the setting up of the infrastructure
  • for ensuring that the platform is kept in operational condition.

In this respect, the project manager acts as a special technical assistant for the customer, in particular to anticipate technical developments or to provide advice as to platform optimisations.

He reports on a weekly basis to his clientele director on the evolution and specificities of his client’s projects so as to maximise our capacity to fully meet their technical needs.

Expert engineers (DBA, Network, System…)

Experts Expert Engineers are referred to by Technical Support within the framework of a functional escalation. In general, these engineers come from the operational field. They also intervene in the area of problem management.
