On public transportation from Paris
Take Subway Line 13 (Direction St Denis) to the Garibaldi station. Walk down rue Kléber and take the first street to the left. Follow rue des Rosiers until rue Jean Baptiste Clément. Continue to 20 rue Dieumegard.

By car from Paris
Exit the Paris expressway at the Porte de St Ouen. Take the first left and enter St Ouen (in front under the bridge). Continue straight ahead until you reach the SNCF (railroad) bridge and take the first right then the 3rd left towards the police station.
